The OMG red lentil, brocolli and vegusto melting cheese soup!

Made this gorgeousness by complete accident!

First time I’ve ever cooked split red lentils! Popped a Kallo yeast, gluten and lactose free stock cube in the water. Steamed the broccoli above the lentils. When finished, stirred in one scattering of vegusto melting cheese (almond based) and then another.

Added a 3 lettuce mix, some toast for scooping and a glass of red grape juice – not from concentrate.

Got spoon. Picked up a slice of the Paul’s Organic Yeasted Stoneground Wholemeal Toast With Mixed Seeds, scooped and bit – no holds barred!

OMG! It’s gorgeous! I melted into a veritable tasye sensation. It is so worth buying organic and cooking from scratch. So simple. Only 20 minutes. No salt, no pepper either. Plant based. Wholefood. Vegan. Wow!

Definitely having again. Not always inspired to blog my food but I like it when a non-plan comes together!

Made double so there’s more Red Lentil, Brocolli and Vegusto Soup for lunch tomorrow! Hooray!
