I’ve cut out a lot of things that make me breathless and cause asthma. The final thing to occur was sensitivity to sulphites and sulphur dioxide in food.

This article parallels the problems I had.

It’s a matter of cutting out grape based foods, dried fruits, garlic, dried onion and processed foods containing sulphur dioxide or sulphites.

Doing so means I can enjoy a fuller life in which I can breathe! 🙂
